The Office of Operations is responsible for responding to emergency and non-emergency calls for the Soboba Indian Reservation. The office is comprised of highly trained individuals who have dedicated their lives to reduce the incidence and fear of crime throughout the Reservation. Community policing is the Officer's primary purpose. This is achieved through cooperation with the people of the Soboba Indian Reservation.

The Office of Operations pursues the goal of a crime-free Soboba by conducting daily patrols throughout the Reservation as well as the Canyon areas, screening guest through the Access Gate so only approved guests enter and proactively listening to the people of Soboba to address their specific concerns.
